30-Day Return Policy
Returns
Items purchased online at Spraygroun.com that are eligible for return may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. We accept returns and offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs; however, if a return is necessary due to a technical or logistical error on the part of Spraygroun, we will address the situation on a case-by-case basis.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale, with all original tags still attached. Additionally, proof of purchase from Spraygroun.com must be provided. Once our warehouse receives your returned items, they will be processed accordingly.
Initiating a Return
Please note: International orders and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Shipping costs do not include customs duties or other taxes, and such charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received it and inform you whether your refund request has been approved.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund. The refunded amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or the original payment account used for the purchase within 10 days.
