Our Commitment
At Sprayground, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products. We assure our fans and customers that defects in materials or workmanship are not the norm. We have a dedicated team overseeing the entire production process, as quality control remains our top priority. While our products are built to last, unexpected issues can occasionally arise. This warranty reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality.
Every product is crafted using durable materials and innovative designs to ensure exceptional longevity and performance. Should an issue occur—though rare—we stand by our products and are here to help. Our bags, luggage, and accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty. Beyond this period, as items may no longer be in stock, replacement options may be limited, and our assessment criteria will be more stringent.
If you encounter an issue with your Sprayground bag, luggage, or accessory within 12 months of the date of purchase, please reach out to us. Our creative and passionate team will evaluate each case to determine the best solution, whether it be a product replacement or store credit of equivalent value. To help us process your request, please provide proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and photographs showing the defect or damage.
What Is Not Covered
While we have full confidence in the quality of our products, this warranty does not cover certain situations, including natural wear and tear from daily use, as well as the following:
Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, stains, discoloration, normal wear and tear, or other aesthetic changes that do not affect the product’s functionality.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper care and cleaning.
Damage incurred during transit (e.g., while being handled by an airline); in such cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Changes in material characteristics resulting from normal use—such as the softening of synthetic leather or color fading—as well as the peeling or chipping of metal or painted components, are not covered.
Loss or theft of an item, or the loss of individual, non-defective components from a multi-piece product set (e.g., keychains, tags, or decorative accessories), is also excluded.
Solutions and Support: For claims that qualify under our warranty, Sprayground will—at its sole discretion—either provide a product replacement or issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping costs). If an exact replacement is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
